Where is my Order?

Your order has been sent, but sometimes it takes up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the USPS tracking system. You'll find it in our 24/7 Tracking here: Track My Order.

What quality can I expect from my t-shirts?

We only use clothing made from trusted brands such as Gildan, Bella and American Apparel, guaranteeing the highest quality in terms of durability and washibility. You won't be wearing a thick heavy vinyl-coated t-shirt that'll have you panting like a dog on a summer day! All our garments have been tested for the best printing results. 

To care for your garments, please wash in cold water & dry with low heat to prevent shrinking/peeling.

Where do y'all ship?

We ship to all countries, all over the world.

What about returns?

Since all products are custom made, we cannot do returns but we will happily process a replacement if you receive a defective product. However, if apparel was purchased at the wrong size, we unfortunately at this time cannot process that return. Our comprehensive Sizing Chart will be able to help you the correct size for your order. Please note that anything labeled Petite-Fit or Juniors will be more fitted and snug.

When will I get my things?

All items are made to order and are shipped in around 14 business days! 

Please contact support@vipercoffee.com if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time. Keep in mind that delivery times on international orders may take slightly longer.

I RECEIVED THE ITEM I ORDERED.  HOW MAY I RETURN IT? 

All items are custom made for the customer and cannot be returned/refunded unless the product is defective.  In that case we will happily process a replacement for you.
